Founded in 1990 by Nancy and Mike Domaille, Domaille Engineering rapidly emerged as a leader in ultra-precision machining and metrology which eventually led to the design and development of high precision optical fiber polishing machines and fixtures.

Daniel Hirschey

Fiber Optic Finance Lead

Daniel Hirschey serves as the Controller at APMIN, overseeing the accuracy of financial transactions. With a background in roles such as lead analyst for the global customer service team, cost accountant for medical plastic injection molding, and Controller for the global design and development team, Hirschey leverages system reporting to translate financial results into a meaningful narrative. This approach aids the local team in enhancing efficiency and making well-informed strategic decisions.

Jill Christie

Director of Sales

Jill Christie is the leader of commercial sales and marketing efforts for our operation. Jill has been with Domaille Engineering since 2000 and has held various product, project, and sales management roles.

Paul Fishbaugher

Product Manager

Paul Fishbaugher has been with Domaille Engineering since 2018 and has been in the manufacturing industry since the mid-1990’s holding various leadership, training, and sales roles along the way. Currently, Paul rounds out the fiber optic sales, marketing, and customer service team and leads the efforts with equipment repairs and recertifications.
