Domaille Engineering Fiber Optic Equipment has complete repair and calibration services available for all our polishing machines, curing ovens, fixtures, laser cleavers, microscopes, and associated accessories. This process will start with a service request to one of our service managers and a nominal purchase order. The product will then be sent to Domaille Engineering for evaluation.
Our service technicians will provide an estimate of the repairs needed to return the machine in compliance with OEM standards. The customer will authorize the service before any repairs are initiated. After approval, the service will be conducted and Domaille Engineering will provide a certificate of accuracy for the unit. Polishing machines, curing Ovens, and fixtures recertification is recommended to be performed on an annual basis.
