Complex assembly with more than 50 components with supporting 9 sub-assemblies. Project execution required machining of several material types, riveting, wet fastener and threaded insert installation, as well as, anodizing, passivation and hard lube processes.

Multiple complex close tolerance surface profiles with a focus on weight reduction. These aluminum “hog-outs” also require chromate, hard anodize processing, and keensert installation.

Mechanical assembly with complex features including a 35-piece bill of materials. These materials included precision springs, heat treated stainless steel, aluminum, various outside processes and precision assembly tolerances.
