James T. Frazer - President
Mr. Frazer has overall responsibility for the strategic direction of the organization and its profitable growth. He has spent the majority of his career at Remmele Engineering working in various positions from apprentice to executive management. Most recently he was the Vice President of their Aerospace and Defense Division.

Donald J. Hickerson - Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Hickerson is responsible for leading worldwide sales and marketing efforts. Prior to joining Domaille in 2008, Mr. Hickerson was Business Development Leader for multiple facilities at Remmele Engineering. Mr. Hickerson has an extensive background in contract manufacturing working with several top organizations in the Midwest.

Bruce Kruger - Operations Manager
Mr. Kruger joined Domaille Engineering in 2006. He is responsible for manufacturing operations and schedule integrity. Prior to joining Domaille Engineering, Bruce worked at IBM and JDSU.

Nancy Domaille - CEO and Chair of the Board of Managers
Ms. Domaille is a co-founder of Domaille Engineering. As a Woman Owned Small Business, Nancy Domaille is the majority shareholder and is currently the CEO and Chair of the Board of Managers. Prior to forming Domaille Engineering, Nancy held numerous positions at IBM Rochester.

Mike Domaille - Executive Vice President
Mr. Domaille is a co-founder of Domaille Engineering. While not part of the day-to-day managment of the company, Mike continues to provide technical guidance and is a voting member of the Board of Managers. Prior to forming Domaille, Mike worked at Professional Instruments Company. Mike also spent six years in the U.S. Navy Submarine Nuclear Power Program.
