Swiss Machining and CMM Services Now Available at Domaille Engineering LLC
ROCHESTER, MN, November, 2005 – The newest additions to the services offered by Domaille Engineering LLC are CNC Swiss Turning and Machining and CMM measurement and reporting.
In April of 2005, we purchased a Cincom M32 from Citizen armed with a full library of live tool holders for drilling, milling, tapping, sawing, hobbing and adjustable angle drilling that can accommodate components up to 32mm (1.25") in diameter. This machine enhances our ability to provide customers with lower cost, higher quality and faster time-to-market custom components with complex geometries.
The Brown and Sharpe Global 575 CMM was brought on line in November of 2005. This tool expands our measurement and inspection tool options to include high precision and high speed contact and non-contact scanning of components from first piece to final inspection.
