Domaille Engineering Announces Jim Frazer, President
Rochester, Mn, January 14, 2008 – Domaille Engineering LLP, the market leader in optical polishing equipment and engineering solutions, today announced an addition to its leadership team to accelerate the company's growth in its target markets. Jim Frazer has been appointed to the position of President effective immediately. Nancy Domaille, CEO, will continue in her role as Chair of the Board of Managers.

"His extensive business, financial and operational expertise in numerous capacities, including over 15 years in senior leadership roles, will broaden our executive team and position Domaille Engineering for continued leadership in optical products and other target markets. I look forward to working with him to execute the company's strategic plan."
Mr. Frazer joins Domaille Engineering with over 30 years of manufacturing experience at companies including Remmele Engineering. While Vice President of the Aerospace and Defense sector of Remmele, a contract manufacturing based in New Brighton , Minnesota , the company was successfully transitioned from parts manufacturing into the engineered solutions environment. The company also entered into several new growth markets, produced increased levels of profitability and significantly strengthened its balance sheet. The strategic and operational progress at Remmele resulted in the company being strategically acquired by Goldner Hawn Investment group.
